Why not try making Japanese traditional doll with the guidance of a highly skilled doll maker, Mr. Ando?
Mr. Ando has been making dolls for 60 years and is one of the most famouse doll making craftmen in Japan.
He also receives honorable prize from Japanes government.
You can visit his studio, receive a talk on brief history of Japanese dolls, and then give the finishing touch of a doll called Ichimatsu Ningyo, which is often presented to a new born baby to celebrate his birth.

When you finish putting kimono to a doll, you can purchase the doll and take it
back home.
